NICL Assistant Eligibility Criteria – Nationality

A candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962, or a person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India. Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government, as on 01.07.2026.
