HAL Technicians Recruitment 2026 Tenure & Service Conditions
The engagement under both notifications is purely on a Tenure Basis with specific service conditions that all applicants must understand before applying:
• Duration: Fixed tenure of 4 (four) years from the date of joining. The tenure automatically ends upon completion without further notice.
• Not Against Permanent Vacancy: This engagement is NOT against a permanent post. It does NOT confer any right or entitlement for regular/permanent employment in HAL.
• Termination Clause: Either party (HAL or the employee) can terminate the engagement during the tenure by giving one month’s notice or paying Basic Pay + DA in lieu of notice.
• Shift Deployment: Selected personnel will be deployed in any shift as per operational requirements of the Company.
• Transfer Liability: Candidates are liable to be transferred to any division, office, or base where HAL operates across India, as per organisational requirements. No change of posting request will be entertained after joining.
• Induction Training: Selected personnel will undergo 8-week induction training followed by division-specific training at respective Bangalore divisions (for Notification 1).
