YSR Kadapa Spl Recruitment 2026 Disability Eligibility Criteria
Only Persons with Benchmark Disability are eligible to apply. A Person with Benchmark Disability is one who suffers from not less than 40% disability as certified by a recognized medical authority (SADAREM Certificate).

Local Candidate Requirement
Applications are restricted to LOCAL CANDIDATES of YSR Kadapa District (Erstwhile — i.e., prior to district restructuring on 04.02.2022). Non-local candidates are strictly NOT eligible.
Who Qualifies as a Local Candidate?
- Candidates who studied in educational institutions in YSR Kadapa District for at least 4 consecutive academic years ending with the qualifying exam year.

For Group IV Posts (Post Codes 001, 002, 003)
As per G.O.Ms.No.74, G.A.(Ser-A) Dept., Dated 14.02.2007, Written Examinations and Oral Interviews are WAIVED for Group IV posts. Selection will be purely based on merit — i.e., marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
For Other Than Group IV Posts (Post Codes 004 to 008)

Tie-Breaking Rules
- If scores are equal, the candidate with higher degree of disability is given preference.
- If disability percentage is also tied, the older candidate (by age) is preferred.
- If age is also tied, the candidate who obtained the educational qualification earlier is selected.
- Where technical or preferential additional educational qualification is prescribed, it takes priority over age.
