Nationality / Citizenship

A candidate applying for the UIIC Administrative Officer post must be one of the following:

Final Merit (Hindi Officers): Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive combined) (75%) + Interview (25%). Prelims marks are used only for shortlisting and not counted in the final merit list.

Probation Period & Service Bond

Selected candidates will be placed on probation for one year, extendable at the Company’s discretion. During probation, candidates must pass the non-life Licentiate Examination conducted by the Insurance Institute of India; failure to clear it within the extended probation period may lead to termination.

Service Bond: Before joining, selected candidates must give an undertaking to serve UIIC for a minimum of five years (including probation). Resigning before completing the bond period attracts liquidated damages equal to gross salary paid (capped at one year’s gross salary) plus a flat ₹35,000/- towards onboarding & integration cost. This amount reduces proportionately after completion of one year of confirmed service.
