1. Educational Qualifications

• Psychology Stream: M.Sc./M.A. in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or Adolescent Psychology.

• Social Work/Nursing: M.Sc./M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work, M.Sc. in Psychiatric Nursing, or Master of Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work or Counselling.

• Graduate Level: B.A./B.Sc. (Honours) in Psychology with demonstrated proficiency in English.

Note for Freshers: Students who have appeared for their final degree examinations and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.

2. Experience Requirements

• Postgraduates: Nil (No experience required).
• Graduates (B.A./B.Sc. Psychology): At least 2 years of experience in counselling.
• The cut-off date for calculating experience is December 31, 2025.

3. Age Limit for EdCIL 424 Mental & Health Counsellors Job

• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years.
• The cut-off date for determining age is December 31, 2025.

4. Desirable Skills

• Working knowledge of the Telugu language.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation skills.
