Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

Stage 2: Document Verification

Stage 3: Group Task

Based on CBT merit and document scrutiny, candidates are called for a Group Task. This evaluates communication, teamwork, leadership, and analytical skills. Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks to proceed.

Stage 4: Psychometric Assessment

Candidates may be required to undergo a Psychometric Assessment before or after the Group Task / Personal Interview. This assesses personality traits, aptitude, and behavioral tendencies relevant to the role.

Stage 5: Personal / Technical Interview

Candidates shortlisted from the CBT + Group Task stage are called for a Personal / Technical Interview. Document verification is conducted before the interview. A candidate must secure minimum qualifying marks in the interview to be eligible for merit listing.

Stage 6: Physical Fitness Efficiency Test (PFET) – Where Applicable

Applicable for roles such as Fire & Safety. Comprises three components:
