Educational Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following academic requirements:

  • Graduation: Minimum 60% aggregate marks (3-year full-time course).
  • Post Graduation: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS with specialization in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade (2-year full-time course) with minimum 60% aggregate.
  • Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountants (CA) with ICAI membership are also eligible.
  • Note for MTs: Candidates appearing for final exams in January 2026 can apply if they produce results by June 01, 2026.

Experience (For Deputy Manager Only)

  • Minimum 1 year of post-qualification work experience in a reputed commercial bank or financial institution.
  • Required skills include credit appraisal, project finance, term lending, and analysis of cross-border risks.

Deputy Manager (Direct Recruitment): This position is designed for candidates with postgraduate qualifications and relevant work experience in banking or financial institutions. Deputy Managers will be directly appointed at Grade I level and will handle responsibilities related to project finance, credit appraisal, term lending, and analysis of cross-border risks.

Management Trainee Program: This is an entry-level program for fresh postgraduates or those with minimal experience. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive one-year training period before being absorbed as Deputy Managers in the bank’s service. This program offers an excellent opportunity to learn the nuances of international trade finance from the ground up.

Special Provision for Management Trainees
