ECGC Limited (Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India), a Government of India Enterprise, for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) in the cadre of Executive Officer (Generalist and Specialist) for the Financial Year 2025-26.
ECGC is inviting applications for the post of Probationary Officer in the cadre of Executive Officer (Generalist and Specialist). This recruitment process involves an Online Examination followed by an Interview. The final selection will be based on a combination of performance in the Online Exam and the Interview.

ECGC PO Lucrative Salary and Benefits (CTC)
Joining ECGC as a Probationary Officer offers an attractive compensation package. The pay scale for the post is ₹88,635 – ₹1,69,025.
The current Cost to Company (CTC) for an Executive Officer (Probationary Officer) posted in Mumbai is approximately ₹20,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Lakh only) per annum.

Candidates must ensure they meet the minimum educational qualifications as of November 1, 2025

ECGC PO 2025-26 Selection Process and Exam Pattern
The entire selection process is divided into two main stages:

The examination is a single session of 3 hours (180 minutes), split into two parts

Negative Marking: There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer in the Objective Test.
II. Interview (60 Marks)
Candidates shortlisted from the Online Examination will be called for an Interview carrying 60 marks. The final merit list will be prepared by combining the scores of the Online Examination and Interview in an 80:20 ratio
