The Anantapuram District authorities has released the Special Recruitment Drive for Anantapuram District Backlok Recruitment 2023 for Differently abled persons. Details and application form and how to apply complete information explained below. 

 Applications are invited from the eligible Differently Abled aspirants by 15.04.2023 up to 5.00 PM in the proforma annexed herewith for appointment of the following posts under the purview of other than District Selection Committee.

Definitions of Disabilities: Definitions of categories of disabilities for the purpose of reservations in posts shall be as stipulated in the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. 
Details of Posts:  Approximate number of vacancies in each category of posts in the district is given below. The Selection Committee reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of vacancies mentioned below under any special circumstances.

Ananthapuram District Backlog Recruitment 2023 Group-IV Qualifications

001Junior Assistant / 004 L.D.Computer

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification.

002 Junior Assistant Cum Typist / 003 Typist 

i) Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any equivalent qualification. 

and
ii) Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Type writing by the Higher Grade in Telugu on Government standard Key Board. 

OR

Must have passed the Proficiency Test in Telugu Typisting basied on omputers conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh. 
and
iii) Provided that if persons with the qualification prescribed in item (ii) above are not available candidates who have passed the above Examination in Typewriting by Lower Grade if otherwise qualified be appointed.
iv) Provided further that candidate who possess Type writing qualification in English by Lower Grade besides the qualification mentioned in items (ii) and (iii) above shall be given preference for appointment by direct recruitment.
 
NOTE: (1) If sufficient number of candidates with Telugu Type writing qualification are not available for appointment as Typists candidates With English Type writing qualification may be appointed subject to the condition that he/she should acquire Telugu Type writingqualification within the period of probation on pain of postponement of increment without cumulative effect.
NOTE: (2) In the case of Telugu Typist the pass in the Type writing examination shall be on the Type writer with Government Standard Key Board.

Ananthapuram District Backlog Recruitment 2023 Class-IV Qualifications

001 Multi Purpose Health Assistant (Female)

A) Must have passed SSC or equivalent examination/Intermediate pass with any group.
B) Must have passed either 18/24 months MPHA (F) course conducted in the state (recognized by AP Nursing & Midwives Council) OR Two year Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) course and have completed one year Clinical Training in Selected Government Hospitals in which Intermediate (Vocational MPHWV(F) students are permitted to undergo Clinical Training. Or completed one year Apprenticeship Completion Certificate by the Board of Apprenticeship training GoISouthern Region, Chennai.
C) Must be registered in AP Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery and Health Visitors Council.
D) Must be registered in AP Para Medical Board in respect of candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Workers (F) Course.
E) Must have Physical fitness for camp file.

002 Lab Technician Grade.II

A) SSC with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology recognized by the Govt.of A.P. (or)
B) 2 years Intermediate vocational course in DMLT and have one year clinical training in selected Govt. Hospitals (in which these students have ben permitted to undergo clinical training) (or) (completed one year Apprenticeship training in identified hospitals and awarded “Apprenticeship Completion certificate by the Board of Apprenticeship Training, GoI, Southern Region, Chennai). (or)
C) B.Sc., Medial Lab Technology (or)
D) B.Sc., with B.Z.C.in first class/B.Sc. (Life Science) in first class with P.G. Diploma in Medical Lab Technology issued by the NIMS, Hyderabad/SVIMS, Tirupati The candidates should compulsorily registered with A.P. Para Medical Board.

003 Office Subordinate

i) Must have passed VII Class examination
ii) Must be able to ride a Bicycle.

004 Technical Assistant

(i)(a) A pass by the Lower grade in the government Technical 10 Examination in Geometrical drawing, Building, Drawing and Estimating, and
(b) A pass in Free Hand outline and model drawing or a pass in drawing Grade 1 (Lower) or



(ii) A completed SSLC, issued under the authority of the Government of Andhra Pradesh with a pass in Engineering included as a special subject in the bifurcated courses of secondary schools, or

(iii) A pass in four subjects of Group certificate of Draughts men’s post: or

(iv) A pass in the Trade Test (Draughts men) Civil or Mechanical Course of the Industrial Training Institute of AP Government (G.O.Ms.No. 1035 Pw, dt. 18.7.93 w.e.f. 31.12.1971)

(v) A pass in Higher Secondary (Multipurpose) school Certificate with syllabus including subjects of – (a) Maths Engineering (Applied Maths)
(b) General Section Engineering: Agricultural Science: Domestic Science (Applied sections)
(c) Geometrical Drawing.
(d) Workshop Practicals (mechanical Drawing)
(e) Engineering course; or

(vi) Any other equivalent qualification granted by a university in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act.

005 Dhobi

  • Must be able to read and write in Telugu language

Ananthapuram District Backlog Recruitment 2023 Age Limit : 

For  Group-IV & Class -IV Post applicant should have completed eighteen (18) years of age and should not have completed 52 years of age as on 01.07.2023 including ten (10) years age relaxation for differently abled. 

Local Candidate:

(i) Applications are restricted to the Differently Abled persons of Ananthapuramu district and Non-Local candidates are not entitled to apply. Local Candidate in relation to Local Area according to the A.P. Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulations of Direct Recruitment) Order, 1975. 
(ii) In respect of visually handicapped and hearing handicapped persons who studied in the special schools meant for them, the native place of the parents of such visually handicapped and hearing handicapped persons shall be treated local area according to G.O.Ms.No.104, General Administration (SPF.A) Department, dated:24.03.2000. 
(iii) In respect of candidates those who have not studied in any educational institutions, such candidates should produce Local Status Certificate (included in application) issued by the Tahsildar concerned. 

Disability

The Disability certificate issued by the Medical authority as per G.O.Ms.No.31 WD,CW & DW (DW) Dept., dated 01-12-2009. According to Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, “Person with benchmark disability” means a person with not less than forty percent of a specified disability where specified disability has not been defined in measureable terms and includes a person with disability where specified disability has been defined a measurable terms, as certified by the certifying authority”. In respect of hearing impairment: 
(a) “Deaf” means persons having 70 DB hearing loss in speech of frequencies in both ears. 
(b) “Hard of Hearing” means persons having 60 DB to 70 DB hearing loss in speech frequencies in both ears.

METHODOF RECRUITMENT: 

i) For Post Codes 001 to 016: The following protocols will be considered for selection of candidates for appointment. i) Age (completed years) – 35 Marks 
ii) Severity of Disability – 30 Marks
iii) Qualification (Requisite) – 25 Marks 
iv) Employment Seniority – 10 Marks (from requisite qualification) ———– Total – 100 Marks 
Note(i): The Medical Certificates produced by the individual shall be verified to confirm the genuineness before issue of appointment orders. Cases will be referred by the Selection Committee to the respective State Appellate Medical Board Authorities for assessing the degree of disability accurately (G.O.Ms. No.31 WDCW &DW Dept, Dated 01-12-2009 r/w G.O.Ms. No.54 WDCW &DW Dept, Dated10-11-2016) and the degree of disability confirmed by respective State Appellate Medical Board is final and consider for selection. 
Note(ii): If all relevant factors governing recruitment are equal, preference in appointment shall be given to the disabled having higher degree of disability. 

Note(iii): In respect of candidates who prosecuted higher studies directly without the basic qualification prescribed in the said rules, may be considered for appointment to the said posts without insisting of a pass in basic qualification in the event of non availability of eligible Physically Handicapped candidates (Disabled Persons) with the basic educational qualification. 
11. The Rule of reservation including women reservation according to Rule 22 of A.P. State & Subordinate Services Rules, 1996 r/w G.O.Ms.No.2 Department for Women, Children, Differently Abled and Senior Citizens (Prog.II), dated:19.02.2020 is applicable. 
12. The Selection Committee has right to modify or cancel the Notification at any time under any special circumstances.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Format of application should be neatly typed on a thick white application paper. If the application is incomplete or without requisite documents, such applications shall be rejected. No correspondence shall be entertained in respect of in-complete and in- eligible applications. Format of application is enclosed to this Notification as Annexure.I

2. Filled name application of forms should be sent to reach before 15.04.2023 at 5.00 PM in the “The Chairman, Task Force Committee & Joint Collector Ananthapuramu” by RE (A & W), drop in the box kept 15.04.2023 at 5:00 PM. in Collectorate, Ananthapuramu during office hours before TERED POST WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT DUE (or) should considered. On Applications received after due date shall not be envelope should write “APPLIED FOR OTHER THAN D.S.C.-2020-21”
 

3. The following documents should be enclosed along with the Application: 
i)One Passport size Photo 
ii) Copy of Date of Birth Certificate or Memorandum age proof certificate i.e. SSC Marks of the applicant. 
iii) Copy of requisite educational qualification. 
iv) Copy of requisite technical qualification. 
v) Copy of Disability Certificate 
vi) Copies of study certificates (from Class IV to Class X). If not produced the candidate shall be treated as Non-local. 
vii) In respect of candidates those who have not studied in any educational institutions, such candidates should produce Local Status Certificate (included in application) issued by the Tahsildar concerned. 
viii) Copy of Employment Registration Card. 
ix) One self addressed stamped envelope cover with correct postal address to reach the communications to the applicant. The Committee is not responsible in case of postal delay or not reached.
