NABARD Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit
For RDBS and Legal Services
- Age Range: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years as on November 1, 2025.
- Date of Birth: Must be born between November 2, 1995, and November 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation Benefits
- For OBC Candidates: 3 years relaxation (up to 33 years)

NABARD Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualifications
Assistant Manager (RDBS) – General Discipline
The final year/semester result of the required qualification must have been declared on or before 01.11.2025. A candidate can apply for only ONE Post/Discipline
Candidates must possess one of the following:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in any subject with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) from a recognized university
- Option 2: Post Graduate degree/MBA/PGDM with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWBD)
- Option 3: Professional qualifications like CA/CS/CMA/ICWA or Ph.D from UGC recognized institutions
Specialized Discipline Requirements
Chartered Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Valid membership of ICAI obtained on or before November 1, 2025
Company Secretary
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Associate/Fellow membership of ICSI obtained on or before November 1, 2025
Finance

The selection process for Grade ‘A’ (RDBS/Legal) is a four-phase process:

- Paper II: Stream Specific (Objective + Descriptive, 100 Marks)
- Objective: 30 questions, 50 Marks, 30 Minutes.
- Descriptive: Candidates attempt 4 out of 6 questions, 50 Marks, 90 Minutes.
Interview
The Interview for Grade A (RDBS/Legal) carries 50 Marks. The final selection is based on the performance in the Phase II Main Examination and Interview, taken together.
